Cranes Suitable for Use in Workshops

Lifting machinery is a kind of equipment that can move up and down and horizontally to help lift materials, and is widely used in various factories. 1. Overhead Crane

The overhead crane can cross the lifting machinery over the workshop, and can carry out horizontal, longitudinal and horizontal load operation for lifting materials. Overhead cranes are also called overhead cranes, because their ends are placed on cement columns or metal beams of the factory, and the whole machine is in mid-air.

At both ends of the bridge frame of the overhead crane, longitudinal rails are installed, which can enable the crane to move longitudinally, so as to make better use of the space under the bridge to lift heavy objects and avoid obstacles on the ground. Overhead cranes are currently the most widely used and largest number of lifting equipment on the market.

2. Gantry Crane

The gantry crane is improved on the basis of the overhead crane, which can be used in the material yard and other places outside the factory to load and unload goods. The metal structure of this crane is similar to the door frame, and there is a foot at both ends of the main beam, which can carry out load movement on the track on the ground, and the two ends of the main beam also have the function of an extended cantilever beam. Because of the advantages of site utilization, large operating radius and good versatility of gantry cranes, they are widely used in some ports and factories.

3. Electric Hoist

This is the simplest lifting equipment, which can be used alone or in conjunction with door and overhead cranes, with small size, light weight, use and other advantages, commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, factories and material yards and other places.
