Description
The universal joint coupling is a flexible double driven coupling used to compensate for misalignment of the main suspension in the bogie while fully transmitting the torque between the gearbox and the drive wheelset. It allows very large axle misalignment values and tolerates considerable axle and gearbox misalignment while generating only low restoring forces.
Features
Its structure has a large angular compensation capability, compact structure, high transmission efficiency. Especially under the correct technical control conditions, it can also obtain a very long service life. Therefore, it has been increasingly adopted by various machines.
